- access all the appointments, tasks and contacts from Microsoft

in Outlook, and see them in the DeskNow interface, or vice versa
- works for both personal and groupware folders
- work with outlook online or offline via folder synchronization
- uses the open standard SyncML protocol, supporting SSL
encryption and working across's firewalls/proxies
Requires optional DeskNow SyncML Connector license for the server. The Outlook plugin is free.
