You can optionally purchase a Service agreement to get premium support after the first 12 months.

The payment process is fully secure, provided by a professional merchant company and certified by Verisign. We accept payment by Credit Card, Switch/Solo, Bank transfer, Check or Cash. We support online and fax orders.

All prices are expressed in US dollars. Billing is available in different currencies at the current exchange rate.

1 server license

This license entitles you to use DeskNow MJ integrated with your application on one server only (either yours or a customer's one).

There are no limits to the number of users that can connect to that server (apart from the normal resource limits of the server and network).

There are no royalties to be paid.

Unlimited license

This license entitles you to integrate DeskNow MJ in your application and to distribute it to as many customers as you want. Customers do not need to activate the product with the normal DeskNow product activation.

The full source of the server and client is included.

There are no royalties to be paid.

This license can be applied to one application only, and all its versions / branches.

There are no limits to the number of users that can connect to each instance of the server.

Support and upgrades

When you purchase a DeskNow MJ license you are automatically entitled to free upgrades and Premium support for 12 months. You can extend the Premium support and upgrades beyond the first year, by purchasing a Service Agreement at the cost of 30% the initial cost, per year. Please contact us to extend your Service Agreement.

Educational and non-profit

Although our pricing is already very competitive, we provide a 40% discount for certified educational and non-profit organizations. Please contact us to apply for a discount. No-profit organizations are organizations with tax-exempt status recognition (charities, libraries, schools, etc). Personal (home) use is not recognized as no-profit - but remember that DeskNow Lite is always free! Please contact us for clarifications if unclear.
NB the no-profit discount cannot be granted after the purchase. Please contact us before purchasing.
