There is an error in the translation for my language. How do I fix it?

All the translations are contained in a text file (one text file per language).

We do not translate DeskNow ourselves. The translation are contributed by volunteers. Some translations may be missing some messages, and contain some incorrect words.

You can easily change/complete a translation yourself. See the DeskNow - Administration and Configuration manual, at the section "Language and Timezone", for more information. Usually this involves simply editing a text file with an UTF8 editor (ex. Notepad).


Important: if you improve one of the translations, please send us the updated translation file, so that the translation will be included in future releases. This will help all the users that speak your language, too!
