How does the cache work in DeskNow?

DeskNow has a caching mechanism that keeps the most used data in memory, to reduce access to the database and increase speed.

Caching is generally transparent to the user or the administrator, but when using DeskNow in a cluster you may experience that some configuration changes in a server are not reflected in other servers in the cluster for a few minutes.

It is possible to manually clear a server's cache, forcing it to use the most up-to-date settings, opening this URL in a browser:

where "password" is the password of the admin user.
