How do I add pictures to my emails? And to my signature?

It is possible to include images in an email or in a signature.

Simply upload the image file to a file folder, and make sure to share that folder with public permission. The signature will then be accessible with a simple URL. More information is available in this article:

Once the link is available, simply click on the 'image' icon (it looks like a small painting, it is the last icon in the editor toolbar) and enter the URL. The image will then be in your email/signature.
