If the number of unread emails (in brackets) shown for some mail folders in the DeskNow menu is incorrect, you can force DeskNow to recalculate the number of unread emails for an account.

To do this, simply click on the 'Reload' button that is at the bottom left corner of your browser's window.

For users of releases before 2.7:

open this URL in your browser:

http://www.mydomain.com/desknow/admin?pwd=password&action=mail_recalculatefolders&username=joe&domain=mydomain.com

where 'password' is the password of the admin user, joe is the username, and mydomain.com is the domain name.
