I have problems using webfolders when folders have accented characters

Webfolders (WebDAV) normally works fine even when folder contain non-ASCII characters in the name.

If you're using DeskNow in conjunction with Apache or IIS, try accessing it directly (on port 8080, ex http://localhost:8080/desknow/webfolders ) to see if the problem still occurs.

The problem can occur if you connect to DeskNow via another webserver.

One of our customers has reported a fix useful if you connect to DeskNow via Apache mod_jk.

It is reported below.

In httpd.conf this sould be put:

JkOptions +ForwardURIEscaped

instead of:

JkOptions +ForwardURICompat

This line should be put in main section of httpd.conf (not in virtual host
section).
