The user directory collects the personal details (as set by users) into a directory of contacts.

If for some reason you need to rebuild the user directory (it should not be necessary in new versions of DeskNow), simply open this URL in your browser:

http://localhost/desknow/admin?pwd=password&action=user_recreateuserdirectory

where localhost is the address of your desknow server, and pwd is the password of the admin user. If you want to recreate the user directory for a virtual domain, add '&domain=domain2.com' to the URL.
