Your company may have all emails for a domain delivered to a single inbox provided by your ISP (this is also called a 'catchall' inbox) .

This means that emails sent to joe@company.com, sara@company.com, xyz@company.com always end up in the same POP3 inbox.

You can configure DeskNow to retrieve emails from this inbox and deliver it to the various users. Here's how:

1. login as admin, and configure the external account in Mail/External accounts

2. create a Mail filter like:

If to contains 'joe@company.com' then forward a copy of the message to joe@company.com and delete the message

If to contains 'sara@company.com' or to contains 'sales@company.com' then forward a copy of the message to sara.smith@company.com and delete the message.

and so on...

The filter rules give you the flexibility to route emails how you prefer - you user accounts in DeskNow that do not have to match the addresses used in the emails.
