Premium support provides the fastest and more reliable support to any technical question or issue related to the use of our products. We strive to reply to every request within one business day, and often are able to reply within one hour.
Can I access premium support?
Premium support is available to:
- customers that have purchased or renewed a
commercial license for one of our products in the last 12 months
- any user during the 30-days evaluation period
Any other user can use the Public forums and Knowledge Base to look for answers to their questions and post new questions.
How to obtain the fastest answer to your question
Even if you are entitled to our premium support, we suggest searching our extensive knowledge base and our forums to find out if your question has already been asked and answered. 90% of the times, it has! A quick search will likely give you the answer you're looking for in no time.

- License ID (to find your license ID, simply login as 'admin' and click on Administration
/ License)
- DeskNow version
- OS, browser, database, mail client used and any other information that could be relevant to your question
