Terms of Use Agreement
- Ventia Pty Ltd makes no warranties or representations
of any kind, whether expressed or implied for the Service
- The service is provided as an evaluation of the
underlying technology. Ventia reserves the right to limit or end
the provision of the service at any time
- User's use of services provided by Ventia Pty
Ltd is at User's sole risk. Ventia Pty Ltd does NOT warrant that
the service will not be interrupted, temporarily or permanently,
or is error free
- Ventia Pty Ltd will not be responsible for any
damages that may be suffered by the User, including loss of data
or delays or service interruptions due to any cause
- Ventia Pty Ltd is not responsible for the content
of the public or private areas, and particularly for illegal material
that can be sent, created or uploaded by some Users
- The User must not send, create, upload or exchange
any material or data in electronic form that infringes the laws
effective in his jurisdiction and/or in Australia, including but
not limiting to adult material, material that infringes copyrights,
material that solicit or support racism and/or discrimination
of other people
- Ventia Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel an
User's account and destroy all its data without previous notice
if the User fails to comply with any of the terms of this Agreement
